No builder, contractor, or construction industry conflicts of interest. I’m an independent property owner who wants to protect my personal investment, just like you. I’ll work hard to help ensure there are no actions or surprises that negatively impact the community or your property value!

Every property owner should feel secure that board members are working in their best interest and the collective interest of the community. Trust is sacred among neighbors, and your board of directors should keep its word. You can count on me to follow through on commitments and hold other board members and the community management company accountable, too.

As a lifelong communicator in today’s corporate world, I appreciate and encourage effective communication with everyone in the community. Every property owner should feel valued and respected. I’ll work with the board and management company to improve the tone and delivery of our community correspondence and help ensure tranquility amongst neighbors, even when times are difficult.
